Project Overview

Challenge
Postpartum mothers have to face the problem of postpartum weight maintenance. Data shows approximately 75% of women were heavier 1 year postpartum than they were pre-pregnancy, including 47.4% retaining over 10 lbs and 24.2% over 20 lbs. (Loraine K. Endres, 2015). However, different from the needs of ordinary dieters, they need enough nutrition to breastfeed their babies.
Fitmom, a mobile application, provides a one-stop service. It includes personalized diet customization, online weight loss courses, exercise under safety guidance and training camp.
